Today's Class

Today in language arts we started our readers workshop. Once I passed out the books I sat down to read my book Marked. Then when we collected the books, I and the other librarian had to take out all of the books no one was using. Then we put in all of the ones the class was using. So far I am enjoying my book.

Then we worked on the packet the teacher gave us. I think that the story the work was on was kind of boring. I think that if the story was more interesting, it would have been easier to do the work. At the end of the day some people shared their summariesof the books that they read.

My Life

Today in language arts, I had fun. We did readers workshop and since I am a librarian, I have to pass out the books. People kept getting up even though the teacher told them not to. They really messed up the file cabinet so we had to reorganize it.

By the time we got back to sit down and read, it was time to stop. So I only got the chance to read one page. After that we shared our childhood memories with the class. I didn't go but tomorrow i'll get a chance.
